Introducing viruses or malicious code
Overloading site infrastructure

5. Listing Policies

5.1 Listing Requirements

Must contain accurate, truthful information
Must be placed in the correct category
Must include valid contact information
Photos must be yours or you must have rights to use them
Description must match the service/person advertised

5.2 Photo Requirements

No stolen photos from other websites or profiles
No photos containing minors (even partially visible)
No extreme or illegal content
Must reasonably represent current appearance
Watermarks permitted if not obstructive

5.3 Listing Duration

Standard listings expire after 30 days
Featured listings expire after 45 days
Premium listings expire after 60 days
Expired listings are automatically removed
You can renew listings before expiration

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Listing Fees

Standard Listing: $15 CAD (30 days)
Featured Listing: $30 CAD (45 days)
Premium Listing: $50 CAD (60 days)

6.2 Certification Fees

Verified Profile: $99 CAD/month (ID + photo + phone verification)
Certified Profile: $199 CAD/month (adds background screening)
Elite Profile: $399 CAD/month (top-tier features)

6.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely
We accept major credit cards
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
Prices may change with 30 days notice

6.4 Refund Policy

No refunds for completed listings
Refunds considered if listing removed due to our error
Certification fees non-refundable after verification begins
Disputed charges must be submitted within 7 days

6.5 Cancellation

Certification subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
Cancellation effective at end of billing period
No partial refunds for unused time
Listings remain active until expiration date

7. Verification & Certification

7.1 Voluntary Program

Verification and certification are optional paid services that provide additional credibility.

7.2 Verification Process

Submit government-issued photo ID
Provide selfie matching ID photo
Verify phone number
Background screening (Certified/Elite tiers)

7.3 Verification Standards

We verify identity, not character or intentions
Badges indicate verification completion, not endorsement
We may revoke verification for Terms violations
Verification does not guarantee user behavior

7.4 User Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Even verified users must be vetted by YOU. Verification is a tool, not a guarantee. Always follow safety guidelines.

8. User Content

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post
You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content
You are solely responsible for your content
You represent that you have rights to all content you post

8.2 Content Moderation

We review reported content
We may remove content that violates Terms
We may remove content without notice
Removal does not imply liability for content

8.3 Content License

By posting content, you grant Crimson Bay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display your content on the Site
Distribute content to users
Promote the Site using your content (with reasonable controls)
Create derivative works for platform functionality

9. Intellectual Property

The Site, design, code, and branding are owned by Crimson Bay
"Crimson Bay" and logos are trademarks
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without permission

You may close your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Note:

Active listings will be removed
No refunds for remaining listing time
Some data may be retained (see Privacy Policy)

13.3 Effect of Termination

Your listings will be removed
Your profile will be deleted
No access to account or services
Outstanding obligations remain (payments, legal liabilities)

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. We will notify you of significant changes via:

Email to your registered address
Prominent notice on the Site
Banner notification upon login

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to changes, stop using the Site.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crimson Bay regarding use of the Site.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
